Booster air compressors

Description

Most industrial and commercial equipment is designed to work at a pressure of about 7 bar. However, some equipment requires higher pressures up to about 40 bar and sometimes up to 350 bar, in which case the use of a high-pressure compressor is not technically and economically cost-effective. In such cases, the

booster compressors receive a part of the initial compressed air in a compressor that needs to reach pressures higher than the compressor pressure (for example, 7 bar) and then increase the pressure of this part. This method is much more economical than using a high-pressure compressor.
