Boiler Feed Pump

Description

Pumpiran boiler feed pump is neutralized by balancing piston, balancing disc, and axial bearing. The pump seal is a mechanical type that is cooled by an external fluid.

Pumpiran boiler feed pump is produced in two axial split and multistage types. It is equipped with two low-pressure and high-pressure discharges and at high temperatures. The bearing system is sliding contact bearings that have forced-feed lubrication system.

• Output diameter: 32 to 200 mm.
• Flow rate: 2000 cubic meters per hour.
• Head: Up to 1800 meters at high-pressure and 300 meters at low-pressure discharges.
• The fluid temperature: 200 degrees Celsius.
• Test pressure: 1.5 times more than operating pressure.
