Submersible Pump(SUM)
- Description
Description
The submersible electromotor is asynchronous with a squirrel cage rotor. Water is lubricating the bearings and also cooling inside the electromotors. To protect the motor shaft from sands it is sealed by a mechanical seal or oil seal.
All Pumpiran submersible electromotors can install a PT-100 sensor, which provides an automatic turn-off for electromotor If the water temperature increases for any reason.
A rubber diaphragm is installed at the end side of the electromotor to adjust the internal and external pressure at the well. The electromotor has a rubber cable. These electromotors are produced in 6,7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14-inch frames. The 4-inch frames of Single-phase submersible electromotors are also produced which the oil is responsible for cooling and lubrication in this case.
Submersible Pump(SUM) Application :
They are utilized as submersible pumps and other submersibles types of machinery actuators in clean and raw water.
The Electromotors are Divided into Three Different Types :
- Electromotors of agricultural waters: AW type (Agricultural Water)
- Electromotors of sandy waters: SF type (Sand Fighter)
- Electromotors of saltwater: SW type (Sea Water)
General Specifications of Submersible Pump(SUM) :
- Power: 1.5 to 300 KW
- RPM: 2900 rpm
- Number of phases: 3 phases
- The maximum water temperature of the pumping operation is 20 to 30 degrees Celsius, depending on the electromotor type. The maximum allowable sand in water is 25 grams per cubic meter.
