Sweet Potato
Germ is primarily used for edible germ oil production and various industrial applications, including defoaming agents in fermentation, lubricants in textiles, rubber fillers, emulsifying and oxidizing agents in chemicals. It also serves as a raw material for producing linoleic acid and ethyl linoleate.Corn steeping liquid is mainly used as culture of producing antibiotics and other fermentation.

Corn fiber is the skin part of com, also known as corn bran or corn residue. Cage Cleaning Machine
The cage washing machine is mainly used in potato starch, potato powder production lines for the raw material cleaning.
The machine adopts countercurrent washing principle. Material enters the roll cage from the inlet, and comes out at aid of spiral twist bar to the outlet. And water from the cleaning tank, flows to the inlet by the force of the roll cage spiral twist in the reverse movement with the material, the cleaning effect is excellent and the mud, sand can be removed effectively. The device has characteristics of simple structure, reasonable design, stable performance, low material crushing, energy & water saving.
De-sanding Cyclone
The de-sanding cyclone removes the sand and other heavy impurities by centrifugal force differences generated by the high-speed rotation of the potato slurry after the rasping mill. It is an essential device in starch processing industry, and it can be applied to remove heavy
impurities in other kinds of fluids.
The device features simple structure, advanced design, selected material–conical swirl tubes can be made of high wear resistance ceramic materials, durable and high de-sanding rate.
Rasping Mill
The rasping mill is widely used in potato starch processing industry for potato crushing. Potatoes spin into the gap of stator and rotor in which it is crushed into granules, and the uniformity starch slurry falls into the basin via the sieve. The device is made of stainless steel, the rotor is made of special stainless steel by
forging process, and rotor is installed on hundreds of specially designed, two-way combination rasps with the thickness of 1.25mm. manufactures the equipment for customers wholeheartedly. The distance between the stator and rotor is only 1 ~ 2mm, which ensures higher efficiency of the rasping mill.
The simple rasp clamping system ensures rasp works in the best position. And it is very simple to assemble and disassemble the mill, there is no need to use special tools, general staff is OK. The capacity of the entire production line can be adjusted by adjustable speed feeding conveyor.
Centrifugal Sieve
The centrifugal sieve is used to separate fiber and residue in the potato starch slurry. It is widely used for potato starch extraction in large and medium – sized starch production enterprises.
The equipment is made of stainless steel; the equipment surface is treated in a special process, beautiful and oil & dirt resistance. The rotating basket is corrected by the authority balancing accuracy to ensure that the equipment can run smoothly; inside mesh is manufactured by special plate, beautiful and durable. The equipment adopts the most advanced technology at home and abroad, it features big capacity, reasonable allocation of power, high starch extraction rate, easily assembling and disassembling.
Hydro-Cyclone
The main function of multi-stage hydro cyclone station is to remove the soluble and insoluble protein, fine fibers in starch slurry, it is the key equipment for starch concentration, washing and refining.
The main body of the equipment is made of high quality stainless steel to ensure the material from erosion. The equipment surface is treated by a special process, oil & dirt resistance; the cyclone tubes are made of special nylon, high-energy and high efficiency. Rotary Drum Vacuum Filter
Rotary drum vacuum filter is widely used for the solid-liquid material dehydration and separation in starch, medicine, food, chemical and other industries. The equipment is made of high quality stainless steel, the rotating drum adopts frequency converter to regulate the speed. The drum is cleaned by automatic intermittent flush. The bottom basin contains a propeller-type agitator to prevent starch sedimentation. And it can be equipped with a continuously adjustable level control system. The filter uses scraper to discharge cake and scraping blade is made of high hardness alloy.
