Liquid Glucose
It is the mixed syrup of glucose, maltose, and malt oligosaccharide syrup, which are produced by appropriate hydrolysis of starch. Glucose and maltose are strong reducing sugar. Greater of starch hydrolysis degree and higher glucose content, the reducibility will be stronger. Usually we take the DE value to indicate the degree of starch hydrolysis.
Liquid glucose can be divided into high, medium and low three categories according to the degree of conversion. In the industrial production, the largest and the most widely used is the syrup with DE value 30-50%, The DE value of 42% is called standard glucose syrup.

MKPM series pin mill is widely used to rice glucose, corn, potato starch and other industries. The material enters into the pulverizing chamber from the upper feeding hole and the thin slurry goes into the rotor center through the pipes on the right and left side, then the material and thin slurry will be dispersed around in the working chamber by centrifugal force and impacted violently and repeatedly by a rotating needle and the fixed needle, which separates most of the starch and fiber.

continuous production and it features in high concentration ratio (1/5-1/10), large viscosity scope (> 400CP), good heat-transferring effect, large processing capacity, etc. In this case, it can be introduced on vaporizing materials which are high heating sensibility, high concentration, high viscosity and corrosive. Therefore, it is widely used for concentrating corn steeping liquid in starch industry, glucose and maltose, juice and MSG liquid in food industry, milk liquid in dairy industry, as well as DDGS$ in alcohol industry.

MKPE series evaporator is multi-effect falling film evaporator. The flowchart is reasonable and the affection of energy conservation is remarkable. For five-effect
evaporator, if kg water is evaporated, the steam consumption will be 0.17kg. If the device adds the TVR for the secondary steam, when the compression ratio is
1:1, the evaporation capacity will equal to adding affection of one effect. At this situation, if 1kg water is evaporated, the steam consumption will be 0.1 5kg. If the device adds MVR for the secondary steam, the steam consumption will reach to zero. It is high effective, closed, fast and low temperature evaporation.
It is especially suitable for the concentration of food grade material which is high protein and strong thermosensitive.

Horizontal installed MKCL Crystallizer is equipment for crystal precipitation by cycle water cooling. The saturated crystal filtrate will be injected from the feed nozzle on top of the crystallizer and get cooling gradually by the combined cooling effect of cycle water in the helical pipe and cylinder interlayer during work process. The crystal filtrate attaches around the crystal and gradually grows bigger. After certain time, the crystal filtrate gets less and crystal gets bigger gradually, then the crystallization process is completed.

MKTC type centrifuge is mainly used for the solid and liquid separation of crystal glucose massecuite or similar high viscosity and high concentration material in sugar industry.
