These valves are divided into three categories in terms of application:
A- Normal or standard needle valves:
These valves are used in pipelines for control. In these valves, the high pressure before the valve changes to a lower pressure after the valve.
B- Vaned Ring needle valves:
These valves are used to reduce pressure more than the first type.
C- Needle valves with slotted cylinders:
These valves are used to control flow rate and reduce high pressure.

Specifications

1. No loose parts inside the valve to prevent vibration and wear
2. A uniform decrease or increase of the cross-sectional area of ​​the fluid passage relative to the movement of the blocking part (piston)

Standards used in the manufacture and testing of needle valves manufactured:

• Flange drilling of steel valves according to the standard (DIN 2501) DIN EN 1092-1, equivalent to ISO 7005-1 (according to the customer’s request, valve flanges are also produced according to the ANSI standard in classes 150,300.)
• Drilling of ductile iron needle valve flanges according to DIN EN 1092-2 standard, equivalent to ISO 7005-2
• Machining seat of valve actuator according to ISO 5210 standard
• Seat machining of valve gearbox according to ISO 5211 standard
• Final test according to ISO 5208 or DIN EN12266
• Face to face size up to DN400 according to DIN EN558 series 15 standard and for larger sizes equal to DN450, face to face size is 1.5 times the nominal diameter F=1.5xDN
• Paint coating: It is a furnace powder paint with an electrostatic spraying mechanism.
