Double suction pumps (DSP)

Description

Pump Iran double suction electropumps (DSP) are centrifugal and single-stage pumps with helical housings. The housing of these Pump Iran pumps is axially cut which allows the rotating components to be changed easily. Exchangeable wear rings are embedded on the housing of the pump. Thrust and suction side flanges of the pump are connected to the bottom of the housing and both flanges are in a single central line. The propeller of Pump Iran double suction pump (DSP) is radial, close and with two inlets for the fluid. There is no axial force in these propellers. The propeller is balanced according to the 1940ISO standard in both dynamic and static situations. The shaft of this pump is entirely sealed to prevent pumped fluid leakage. The seals on the shaft are covered with the protection bushings.

The bearings of Pump Iran double suction pump (DSP) have one deep groove ball bearing on each side which have covers and do not need lubrication during the life time of the ball bearing.
