Horizontal Centrifugal High-Pressure Pumps (WKL)
- Description
Description
Horizontal Centrifugal High-Pressure Pumps (WKL) are equipped with between-bearing impellers, independent motor, multistage, and radial-cut chambers. Each floor is sealed with a paper gasket or O-ring.
The floors are clamped by fastener screws. The support bases were cast seamlessly with suction and discharge chamber (Volute). The shaft axial and radial loads are tolerated by two oil-lubricated bearings located on either side of the impellers.
The flow rate and head of the High-Pressure Centrifugal Pumps (WKL) are 32 cubic meters per hour and 12 meters, respectively.
High-Pressure Centrifugal Pump (WKL) selection :
First, we investigate the high-pressure pump curves to determine the type of pump. We have two choices according to the specifications:
- WKL 65/11, 1450 Rpm
- WKL 50/4, 2900 Rpm
Because of the depreciation rate at high cycles, we choose one pump depending on continuous flow or reciprocating operation.
High-Pressure Centrifugal Pump (WKL) APPLICATION :
- Municipal water
- Industrial pumping
- Water supply operations
- Booster pump
- Sprinkling
- Boiler feed pump
- Condensing water pumping
- Industrial hot-water and cold-water pumping, and firefighting
