Needle (Plunger) Valve

Description

yasmin group manufactures needle valves in two configurations: steel body and ductile iron body, in two or three pieces for ease of repair and maintenance.

The shaft, piston, disc, and all other exposed parts are made of stainless steel, while the piston guide surfaces both inside and outside the cylinder housing are bronze.

The valve shaft is made of stainless steel (X20Cr13), as are the sealing surfaces, which are welded and machined into the body. The sealing surface is stainless and nearly twice as hard as ordinary stainless steel in this method.

Helical gearboxes are used in these valves, and in larger valves, an auxiliary gearbox of the Spur Gear type is installed on the valve.

Coating: Electrostatic spraying of furnace powder paint.
