PB3 Pump

Description

Horizontal high-pressure centrifugal pumps PB3 are designed and manufactured to API 610 standards as axial separation pumps with inter-bearing impellers. Suction and thrust flanges are located on the lower half of the pump housing. The impellers are stacked one on top of the other to counteract axial forces. It can be manufactured with a special first-class license or a two-stage license to help reduce NPSHr. To withstand the forces acting on the pump shaft, a combination of hydrodynamic bearings and roller bearings is used. The API 682 standard is followed when designing leaks. The dynamic balance of rotating components results in low vibration and high reliability during pump operation. Additionally, the PB3 pump’s advantages include a balanced hydraulic force distribution, a fast critical period, and ease of repair.
