Vertical open well pump
- Description
Description
SHV tank submersible pumps are the most recent three-phase pump pumps, also referred to as OPEN WELL SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS. Unlike other three-phase submersible pumps, which have a smaller diameter and a longer length (deep well pumps), these pumps have a larger diameter and a shorter length and are used in tanks and wells.
These pumps are similar to shoe pumps in the component arrangement but are installed oppositely. Therefore, the electric pump is installed at the top, followed by the electric motor. Another advantage of this electric pump is that it can be used in environments with high temperatures. Because excessive fluid temperature (greater than 50 °C) damages coils and causes pumps to fail
To address this issue, it is necessary to use a dry submersible motor and a pump with a larger diameter and fewer floors, so deep well submersible pumps (SUM, radial, and mixed flow) are not recommended, and reservoir float pumps are much more convenient.
Vertical open well pump applications include the following :
- Use in wells
- Collection of floodwater and sewage
- Transfer of fluids from drilling and the walls of mines
Vertical open well pump specifications :
- Outlet diameter: 32 to 80 mm
- Water yield capacity: up to 180 cubic meters per hour
- Height: up to 180 meters
- The fluid temperature in sealing: with sealing tape from -10 to 110 degrees Celsius and with mechanical sealing from -10 to 140 degrees Celsius
- Test pressure: 30 Bar
