Expansion Joint

Description

Yasmin group manufactures expansion joints that feature stainless steel sliding surfaces. These connections have a longitudinal movement of 100 mm and are used in surface pipelines and other situations where the line moves longitudinally to protect pipeline components and equipment from damage caused by forces generated by the pipeline’s expansion and contraction. Unlike accordion and rubber components, these parts can withstand high pressures due to their unique design. Another use for these joints is to protect the pipeline in areas where the force of the earthquake could cause damage to the equipment (Such as areas for entry to pumping stations, taps, tanks, etc.). The components are not restricted to surface pipelines but are also used in underground pipelines.
