OH2 pump

Description

The OH2 pump is a centrifugal pump with a special design which is designed to pump warm fluids with approximate temperature of 260 centigrade degrees (500 Fahrenheit degrees). This pump is known as oil or API pump.

The structure of this pump is horizontal, single-stage, and central single-suction with a helical housing. The main dimensions and working specifications of the pump is according to the 610API standard.

The OH2 pump has two angular contact ball bearings and one roller bearing according to the 625DIN standard. The suction and thrust directions are horizontal and vertical, respectively.

Mechanical and strip seals have been used for sealing this pump. The lubricant in the housing of the bearing is oil and the sealing type is maze seal.

The OH2 pump is used in processing industries of oil, gas, petrochemicals, steel, etc. to transfer fluids.

Applications of the OH2 Pump :

These pumps are generally used to transfer the used fluids. There are wide ranges of fluids that could be transferred by these pumps including different types of hydrocarbons, corrosive chemical fluids, etc. which could be available in compositions of various materials such as different kinds of cast iron, bronze, and steel.
