Pressure Reducing Valve

Pressure Reducing Valve

Description

Pressure reducing valves automatically convert high or variable inlet pressure to a low, constant outlet pressure. If there is no water consumption in the network following the pressure reducing valve, it automatically shuts off the flow to prevent static pressure accumulation. The use of these valves simplifies network and transmission line operation, eliminates the enormous costs associated with land acquisition and construction of pressure reducing tanks, and also reduces undesired pressures in networks and transmission lines, preventing significant water wastage.
