Description
Why must dry air be used ?
The air leaving the compressor contains 100% of humidity. The first barriers to reach the humidity to your system are dehydrators, the drain system that exist in compact air pipes.
Our dryers remove residual humidity to achieve completely dried compact air; finally, they provide high quality compact air.
The characteristics of refrigerant dryers :
- High reliability and performance :
- A constant dew point at +3/+7 c
- Simple design, easy performance
- Elements and high quality components
- Consumption expenditure: high efficiency refrigerant system, decreasing energy consumption , increasing the lifetime of equipment using compact air
- Fast installation, simple performance; a dew pint monitor to monitor the quality of outlet compact air, compact design and simple installation.
- simple maintenance and repair; a long time among services and check up
Facilities and equipment of our dryers :
- A dew point monitor to check air quality
- High efficiency scroll compressors which have at least a 30% decrease in energy consumption to piston compressors
- An advanced electric control system
- High efficiency exchangers
- High efficiency fans
- A design which has a cold air and water configuration
- VSD design with a capability to save energy up to 65%
- Hot gas bypass valve to prevent freezing in operator during in a low load mode for dryers
- Liquid separator: a liquid separator to ensure that cold gases enter the compressor.
